Soundwerks is a small network of experienced sound specialists offering professional audio hire for weddings, live music, private events, theatre, and corporate functions. Our ambition is to make great sound accessible and affordable across the UK. Because great sound is also fundamental to broadcasting, we also hire out professional-standard recording equipment to podcast creators and video equipment to content creators.

Founded in 2025, Soundwerks is a start-up built on over 30 years’ experience in professional audio-visual services. From live sound engineering to managing large-scale technical teams at some of the UK’s leading entertainment organisations, we’ve worked across theatre, broadcast, live music, and corporate events — delivering outstanding production standards and complex projects around the world.

We believe sound should always sound great. That’s why we use our ears to choose the equipment we’re happy to hire out.

We love great sound — and we love working with engineers and production arts specialists who value the same high standards and attention to detail. Right now, we’re based in Rutland (England’s smallest county) and Brighton & Hove, and we plan to expand our network across the UK over the coming years so more people can access great sound like the lucky folk of Rutland and Brighton.
